akust0m Posted August 19, 2014 Share Posted August 19, 2014 Hello, I have a particular domain hosting customer, and in the process of learning how billing actually operated in WHMCS, I made a couple of changes which incorrectly issued wrong invoices etc.. I ended up setting up a manual annual invoice for the customer but now I need to get the "Next Due Date" back on track. Invoice was for 01/08/2014 - 31/07/2015. Next due date is currently set to 01/08/2014 but I need it to show 01/08/2015. I know I can manually change this but I don't know if this will fix the issue from now on. I need it so that after the next annual invoice it will automatically update to 2016, 2017 and so on. Any help would be much appreciated.
