WHMCS Ryan Posted July 29, 2014 Share Posted July 29, 2014 Hello arnold.pietersen, If you go to Setup-->General Settings-->Mail-->BCC Messages and enter an email address here. This will send a copy of all emails sent by WHMCS to your email address, including the suspension notifications that are sent to the customer. Also, if you are using cPanel on your server you can configure it to send you emails when accounts are suspended/unsuspended.
