Addon domain orders

rokz

Question

Hello,

Can whmcs automate (register and setup) addon domain orders?

1.) Customer order webhosting, 1 main domain and 2 addon domains?

2.) Customer wants to order addon domain later to his account?

3) Customer cancels addon domain, can whmcs remove it automatically from server?

and is this possible with parked domains also?

WHMCS does not support automatically creating addon domains but with the custom package addon (official module) you can setup an order form and allow clients to choose how many addon domains they can have. Once ordered, the package would be setup with that limit which your clients can then configure in cPanel:

-> http://www.whmcs.com/addons/configurable-package-addon/

An extra option to extend the above (or replace it with you choosing the package limits) is to opt for ModuleGarden's cPanel extended module. With this module your clients will be able to also manage those addon domains directly within WHMCS.

Normally (without any extra modules) you would setup a package in your WHM control panel which has the addon domain limit. Your clients would then use the addon domains within the cPanel control panel, not really something handled within WHMCS (Unless you opt for ModulesGarden extended module).
