Email Sending Failed - SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host

Hello,

I tried valid smtp details in my whmcs and it was working fine for last one year but from few days I am getting this error

Email Sending Failed - SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host

I even turned off my csf but error was still there, after doing that i turned my csf in test mode but still getting the same error

so after a long time of research i tried to add an $smtp_debug = true; in my configuration.php file and got this error

SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection timed out (110)

i tried to contact my support but after reviewing my ticket they told me to contact the WHMCS support directory because they dont deal in 3rd party applications

so any solution you have in this regards?

well either your IP is blocked or i believe you have a server issue... let your server people know that it has not worked on two different scripts, that to me says server issue. If it had worked on wordpress then we would call it a whmcs issue, but since it did not, the next troubleshooting level is at the server level..
