WEBPC
I am new to WHMCS. When setting up TLD's in the system you can select DNS Management, Email Forwarding or ID Protection. Am I right these are provided by the registrar? How do we configure things so that we can provide DNS Management, Email Forwarding or ID Protection using our own services and not those of the Registrar? TIA Antony
amdbuilder
Yes, those are generally handled by the registrar, and depending on the TLD they may not be available. Depending on your services you should be able to provide DNS Management and Email Forwarding. How you do that will depend on how your services are configured.
durangod
Also check the fine print of your registrar agreement, some of them require that you use their services for their domains.
