trucker Posted July 9, 2014 Share Posted July 9, 2014 Hi the recent problem with whmcs 5.3.7 is BLANK EMAIL received by customers. i was wondering if this is possible in the current version to have a daily test email? i suggest that WHMCS next version is to -have a feature DAILY TEST EMAIL sent to our gmail account email. -it has 3 time slots to send test email that way if theres error in email sending, we can know and wont lost a customer. thanks 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

WHMCS Ryan Posted July 10, 2014 Share Posted July 10, 2014 Hello trucker, As PWPH mentioned the Cron Job Activity email that is sent out every time your cron runs is a good indication to tell if the emails are being sent. You can also review the System Email Message Log to see a log of all the emails sent with date and time stamps.
