bluesteam
Hi All, I'm having an annoying problem. Any ticket replies I receive via email from clients always include my own messages to them. Shouldn't this be removed in the pipe php program? Thanks Brett
Plambee
Try the Hook from jetserver: http://www.jetserver.net/whmcs-reply-above-this-line
Troy
Or just put a "Reply above this line" sort of line in the ticket template and then add the same line to the tblticketbreaklines table in the WHMCS mysql database.
bluesteam
If it's this easy, then why doesn't WHMCS just include it in their code?
bluesteam
This works well but it still leaves the logo that is always added above all replies which is annoying. How do I remove that logo??
WHMCS Ryan
Hello bluestream, In Setup --> General Settings --> General there is the option to remove the company logo. If you clear out that box then the logo will not be included in any email, though I don't think that is what you are trying to accomplish. If you go to Setup --> Email Templates --> Support Messages --> Support Ticket Reply and check the box to send the message as plain text. This shoudl prevent the logo from being sent in the first place and you should be able to use the above method to prevent in-line replies. If this does to accomplish what you are trying to do you can always put in a feature request using the link in my signature and check future updates to see if this has been added. --Thanks
