Ticket replies via email shouldn't include previous reply

Hello bluestream,

 

In Setup --> General Settings --> General there is the option to remove the company logo. If you clear out that box then the logo will not be included in any email, though I don't think that is what you are trying to accomplish. If you go to Setup --> Email Templates --> Support Messages --> Support Ticket Reply and check the box to send the message as plain text. This shoudl prevent the logo from being sent in the first place and you should be able to use the above method to prevent in-line replies.

 

If this does to accomplish what you are trying to do you can always put in a feature request using the link in my signature and check future updates to see if this has been added.
