ccdave
All, Newbie to WHMCS and need some advice please on how to configure this. We supply support contracts to clients, all clients hve different prices for support depending on their equipment and needs. They would never buy this online but I want to bill everything through WHMCS. How would do I this? Would I add a product thats hidden or can just manually add it to a client? How do I give each client different pricing? The product nae itself would always be the same. Thanks in advance Dave
PascM
Hi, You can create a quote for a client and then transfer that quote to an invoice! That will help you! Regards
durangod
You can also create client groups http://docs.whmcs.com/Client_Groups although im not sure how that would work because your not using slabs such as in registrar pricing. I think you can still give groups pricing breaks from the product end.
ccdave
Thank you for the replies. I think I have found the solution in billable items? I have a lot of current contracts I have to move into the system. Does that sound the best way to go?
WHMCS Ryan
Hello ccdave, If the invoice is one-off, custom created, per client invoice then billable items would a way to accomplish this task. To learn more about billable items please see - http://docs.whmcs.com/Billable_Items --Thanks
