Blu_ Posted June 24, 2014 Share Posted June 24, 2014 (edited) So I'm trying to sell web hosting with cPanel with WHMCS off my cPanel reseller plan. I've added the WHM server and everything is functional.. But when you go into the actual clients services page.. http://prntscr.com/3vvg62 and then click view details, you are brought to this page. http://prntscr.com/3vvggj As seen from that screen shot the login to webmail opens to the web mail link as its supposed to but the login to cpanel button is just inactive. Nothing happens. You click it and its as if theres no <a> tag to link to the cpanel login link. Please help, i need a solution. Thanks in advance! WHMCS Chance Posted June 24, 2014 Share Posted June 24, 2014 Hey Blu_ , Have you checked under the server configuration to make sure you have SSL enabled and you have a FQDN setup for the hostname? Also, have you tried using a stock unmodified template? If you are still having issues with this, please open up a ticket with support so we can get admin login details to further assist you with this issue.
