lynnette
I have looked through the forum but can't find the same problem, I upgraded this morning to 5.3.7 on 2 different domains, they are both now coming back with empty emails for both the normal cron job run and the netearthone domain sync. Yesterdays were both fine. Have I missed something with the upgrade?
durangod
have you tried to run them manually to see if they run and email works. Are you getting any kind of server error at all?

WHMCS Chance
Hey folks, An issue arose with the 5.3.7 update that caused all emails from the system to be blank. This was due to the mail encoding not being saved correctly in the database on update. Simply going to Setup >> General Settings and click Save Changes usually does the trick. Seems like though in this case the mail settings themselves were changed over to PHPMail() which is default. Glad you were able to get that sorted. Open a ticket if you need, if you have any further issues. Thanks
