jerryb
Put a support ticket in for this about 12 hours ago, but haven't heard anything at all back... I'm running 5.3.4 and trying to install the Quantum Gateway (using Quantum Vault because I do not want any CC info going through my site), but every time I try to process a test order I'm not getting sent to the Quantum page - I'm being prompted to enter my CC info on my site (which is exactly what I DON'T want to do!) I've seen one or two older threads here about this issue, but no resolutions - so I'm thinking it's probably just a setting or something I'm missing. By the way, this happens on ALL shopping cart templates (my first thought was that I had screwed up the custom template I'm working on)... Anyway, would appreciate a nudge in the right direction on this... Thanks!
SeanP
Do you have the "Quantum Vault" payment gateway activated, or the "Quantum Gateway" activated? They are two different gateways in WHMCS.
jerryb
I have Quantum Vault... just got a response to my ticket - it appears that 3dsecure.tpl and /or creditcard.tpl in the templates were at fault... moved the two files from the default template to the templates I was testing with, and it appears to be working now! I was thinking that the gateway would come up as a separate page, though, instead of the iframe - but that probably is just my misunderstanding... it's been a long couple of days trying to get this new site up and running...
SeanP
If you are building a new site, and setting up a new install of WHMCS, I would definitely recommend going with version 5.3.7 instead of 5.3.4. You will get all the latest security patches and bug fixes, by using the latest version.
jerryb
Sorry - I am running 5.3.7, dunno where the 5.3.4 came from! (I made the mistake of waiting a long time between updates previously - will never do that again! Got very ugly...)
SeanP
Been there, done that. I'm always hesitant to upgrade and possibly break something, but the longer you wait, the harder it is to upgrade when you have several customizations and modules.
