Cron failing / IonCube 5.3 and PHP 5.3

Hey

 

I have a WHMCS install with a license from ResellerClub. They are taking a while to resolve this issue so I thought I would ask here and see if anyone could help.

 

I have PHP 5.3.28 and IonCube 5.3 running WHMCS 5.3.7

 

Fatal error:

The file /home/resilien/public_html/manage/includes/hooks/softaculous.php was encoded with the PHP 5.3 ionCube Encoder and requires PHP 5.3 to be installed. in Unknown on line 0

 

 

I am running the cron.php and pipe.php cronjobs every 15 mins. I get the above error for both cron jobs via email.

 

Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi,

 

This is a typical resellerclub hosting server problem and php version switching feature. In the front it uses php5.3 but the php CLI used by the cron still use php5.2

 

Goto WHMCS -> Utilities -> System -> PHP Info:

 

Copy/paste here the "Loaded Configuration File" string and I will tell you what you need to do to fix this.
