The form will not ask for a domain name. Once they type in a username, it should create the domain automatically as username.sync in the server That's it. If you can get the hook to integrate with Reseller Center and automatically make the account a reseller, and assign the space/bandwidth and ACL to their account if they check "SellerSync" even better.
