WHMCS domain renewal notices or notices from Registrar ?

I have a client that I am helping setup a new WHMCS installation. All of his customer's domains are registered to "him" with Resell.BIZ (UK2/Stargate).. We have manually added the domains to each customer in WHMCS and setup the UK2/Stargate registrar module and syncing, etc seems to be working properly.

When it comes time to renew, I understand that WHMCS will send the renewal notice, customer pays, WHMCS sends the update info to the registrar and domain renews - correct?

My question is: What prevents the renewal/payment notices from being sent by the registrar?

Yes, that's correct.

Contact your registrar, if they can disable this for you or not.
