technicalguy Posted May 1, 2014 Share Posted May 1, 2014 I'm getting this error on a 15 day free trial setup. The subscription page looks fine and you can enter your account details or pick an existing client. However as soon as you click "Complete Order" the screen goes blank and all you see is " Unexpected payment method value. Exiting." The order is created on the back end and I receive notification of that, but the customer thinks it didn't work and tries again.
