cron not working properly

I setup the cron both different ways as suggested in the admin section. I do not receive the cron emails and it is not running the automated billing or anything. When I have my server company check it they login and run an ssh cron command that works and I receive a cron email from the billing software.

 

So I'm lost now. Any other recommendations to get this cron working properly?

which command are you using ? ( replace site / user ) when you write this into the forum.

I tried both of them in configuration, automation settings.

Ask your hosts to provide you with an option that your user can execute.
