The mysterious case of the disappearing ticket

Hi Dubz,

 

So here's another screenshot. I was careful to filter against nothing so all tickets are visible (lucikly this is still a pre-live setup).

 

I actually know which ticket is missing, but it doesn't show even if I look on the client's record. The ticket should in fact be closed but doesn't show up on the list attached. So why is the counter not reset to zero, or the ticket showing?
