tajonny07 Posted April 2, 2014 Share Posted April 2, 2014 Hi, Yesterday my WHMCS started acting up. When I click on a client, instead of getting the client summary, the page is blank and says "Client ID Not Found". Also, when I click any of the other tabs (product/services, invoice etc) I get the exact same thing. It's doing this for every single client. I've restored the database from a previous date and it still didn't fix it. When I view my database I can clearly see ALL my clients and other info regarding them. NOTE: since this started happening, I had a few orders come in and I CAN view all the info on the recent clients, but all my old clients I can't. It's almost as if the info was deleted from the database, but it wasn't.. I still see them in my list of clients in WHMCS as well as all the detailed info actually in the DB. Please advise!!
