vivaciti Posted March 27, 2014 Share Posted March 27, 2014 Hi, We have just gone to implement 3D secure, but are getting an issue, we raised this as a ticket but here told its an issue with either paypal or cardinal both say its not them so now I am going around and around. When a customer tries to make payment it fails and in the gateway log we see: ERRORDESC => Error Processing Lookup Request Message, Invalid Transaction Password ERRORNO => 1002, 2020 TRANSACTIONID => XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ENROLLED => U Speak to Paypal, they say that's not their error, and when we speak with Cardinal in the US we are told they are not even getting the request from us to them, so now I have no idea.
