Solusvm Cannot create client in WHMCS

Hi,

 

Any reason why WHMCS is trying to create a client again in solusvm when it already exists and customer wants to place a second order for a VM.

 

Anyone know how to fix this?

 

I'll post also on solusvm but usually get answers faster here
