Orderform Template Issue

We have WHMCS 5.3.5 installed. We are facing following issues:

 

 

1. Orderform template is not changing even after selecting. It always shows 'boxes' order form template.

(We want to use the links to skip step 1.)

 

 

2. In the orderform, Package is not showing as title in shopping cart page.

 

 

Please anybody can suggest solution for this? It will be grateful

In response to the first issue, there are 2 places where you can specify an order form template:

 

In the Admin area, go to Setup > General Settings > Ordering

 

Here you will set the default cart template under "Default Order Form Template".

 

Now that you have specified a default order form, make sure your products are using the correct order form:

 

Go to Setup > Products/Services

 

Click the edit icon next to your product group, where your product having the issue exists, and you will see the "Order Form Template" option. This will allow you to specify a different order form template, or use the default one you specified in the General Settings.
