SEO kbcat title tags

Here is what I have so far:

I cant get the kb category to display any advice guys?

Tried that. Everything is working great as per: http://www.hostking.co.za/manage/knowledgebase but if I try and click on a category for example cpanel. The title does not change to the correct value - stays the same for all categories. All the knowledgebase article titles though change quite well.
