While trying to configure my site, I got a message: License NoConnection Telling me it hasn't been able to verify my licenses in a couple of days. First reaction is no ****************, I just installed it. So, I contacted support this morning...they have me run a curltest.php, I send the results and they tell me to check some setting (in admin which I can't get into). Now nothing. No contact back in over 2 hours. Very upset. Of course no phone numbers to call. No response to new ticket or old ticket. I need help.
