I want to add dynamic links to my themes menu but some people say its impossible

I have an addon that allows WHMCS that works with my freeradius authentication databases. When someone signs up their subscription is added to the services section. In the services section they have various links. One being management actions. My users all think its way to hard to find this stuff. I want to add the links to my whmcs's theme menu. Here is an example of a link I want to add

https://www.liquidvpn.com/billing/clientarea.php?action=productdetails&id=482&modop=custom&a=sstatus

 

the id=482 part needs to be dynamically generated based on the logged in user. Is this possible?
