Metalik
Hello I have upgraded php on my server to 5.3.28 After upgrade cron.php is taking a long time to run and the display 500 internal server error. (max execution time is 1200 and The ionCube Loader version 4.5.2 for PHP 5.3 is already installed and encoded files should run without problems.) Before upgrade cron.php worked without any problem. How can I fix the problem?
SeanP
What version of WHMCS are you running? Have you checked your web server error logs? Edited February 4, 2014 by SeanP
ivaserver
I am having the same problem with ionCube I have cPanel support trying to help. here is the latest response. Hi, The errors seem to be generated from /etc/httpd/logs/error_log:[Tue Nov 12 09:15:21 2013] [error] [client 176.249.16.55] Cannot load the ionCube PHP Loader - it was built with configuration API220090626,NTS, whereas running engine is API220100525,NTS, referer: https://******.co.uk/whmcs/viewticket.php?tid=113967&c=NiScxBrU The encoding for this script needs to be updated to the latest version. /usr/local/lib/php.ini has the right version
ErikW
Here is an error I got with setting up my cron... "Site error: the file /home1/chaosan1/public_html/whmcs/xxxxadmin/configgeneral.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the website operator. If you are the website operator please use the ionCube Loader Wizard to assist with installation." Even though my php was set to 5.4 quickcgi. I reverted to 5.2 quickcgi and put php.ini in the Home directory and a copy in the public_html. The cron now runs and my whmcs panel is operational. my 2 cents.
