WHMCS Tickets - Multiple forwarded emails as attachments

When we have clients that forward multiple emails as attachments they seem to be rejected by WHMCS.

 

For example, if the client with Outlook, selects two emails and forwards them to our WHCMS support email it does not show up in WHMCS.

 

Is WHMCS able to handle multiple emails that have been attached to an email? If so I am wondering if I just need to add something into the "Allowed File Attachment Types" setting.

 

Emails are being sent into our system using the pipe method:

 

for example a forwarder in cpanel: support@domain.com |/home/username/whmcs_store/pipe/pipe.php
