DCAD Posted September 12, 2007 Share Posted September 12, 2007 OK - I got the email piping to work, just had to make a minor line adjustment in the directory...however now if a support ticket comes in I get notified by almost a 100 emails from 1 ticket. I have my system setup to email me when a ticket is generated. So with one ticket @ 100 emails - you can imagine what can happen. However when I go into WHMCS admin panel - just the single ticket shows... What do you think is causing that.. The next item is time listed on the ticket. I was running some tests before this 100 email stuff started and when I would generate a ticket like a "cutomer" - it would show up in the control panel that the ticket was generated 3 hours earlier. Now our server time is my local time so it is not like an issue where the server resides outside my time zone. Has anyone have happen to them the problems described above? Thanks, s.
