  1. OK - I got the email piping to work, just had to make a minor line adjustment in the directory...however now if a support ticket comes in I get notified by almost a 100 emails from 1 ticket. I have my system setup to email me when a ticket is generated. So with one ticket @ 100 emails - you can imagine what can happen. However when I go into WHMCS admin panel - just the single ticket shows... What do you think is causing that.. The next item is time listed on the ticket. I was running some tests before this 100 email stuff started and when I would generate a ticket like a "cutomer" - it would show up in the control panel that the ticket was generated 3 hours earlier. Now our server time is my local time so it is not like an issue where the server resides outside my time zone. Has anyone have happen to them the problems described above? Thanks, s. D.
  2. Me Three - add me in - I already got some complaints..even though I put in the service box DUE DATE such and such Oh well this is the internet and no body wants to read...
  3. Adam - That was it!!! DOH! (As I hit my head ala Homer Simpson) Deleated that entry and we were all set, also thank you guys for the direct link info - must of missed it in my setting everything up. I was a kid with a new toy setting this thing up and "playing" with it before I try it out "Live" Thanks Again, s/ Dan
  4. Everything seems to work ok, imported clients from WHM and AccountLabPlus, no problem, got the email pipe to work, no problem, checked out the mail system, tests messages go out, support tickets work. However when ever I try to log into the client' account, I get a 404 error, even from a "dummy" account John Doe...I cannot log into anything out side the admin area without getting the page not found error. I doublechecked the IONCUBE folder and tested it with the helper.php and got a successful indication. So I am totally stuck. The next question is when I do get this working, how do I direct the client to the checkout screen after click on the hosting package they want - I couldn't find the listing for links to integrate however I found the Logon script etc . BTW - I am just using "plain" WHMCS. For testing purposes I really didn't want to make custom pages yet, or use the API integration, I just want to see it work on our system. OH yeah - last thing - this is residing on a VPS - using Cpanel 11 and WHM, so we have root access etc. We updated or made sure everything was update ie; all perl, PHP, Cpanel, Mysql etc beforehand. Last thing is I installed this in the server/public_html/ directory for my site. So where did I screw up? Thanks in advance. s/ DCAD
