Manual Suspend Required ?

I've setup the suspnsion to automaticaly, why do I get this message ?

 

I've tried the "suspend" buton on the profile, and it's working !

 

Maybe that's because I've pushed the due date later, cause the customer told me he will pay later ? Else, where can I look ?

Usually that's because the password or username have been entered incorrectly for that service.

Uhm, yep it runs, it just don't suspend, I opened a ticket too, with a full copy of the cron email.

I know my last question sounded a bit obvious but at the same time I'm sure realise the question needed to be asked.

 

Opening the ticket sounds like you have done the best thing then
