nka
I've setup the suspnsion to automaticaly, why do I get this message ? I've tried the "suspend" buton on the profile, and it's working ! Maybe that's because I've pushed the due date later, cause the customer told me he will pay later ? Else, where can I look ?

Usually that's because the password or username have been entered incorrectly for that service.

Dixiesys
I have this same problem, but if I go in and click "Suspend" from within the client screen for each one, it works, no bad password or anything?

I know my last question sounded a bit obvious but at the same time I'm sure realise the question needed to be asked. Opening the ticket sounds like you have done the best thing then
