Ijan Posted September 11, 2007 Share Posted September 11, 2007 Hi, When using IE6 i placed a new order then tried to login as an existing user "I am an existing customer and wish to add this order to my account" but i had forgotten my password so i had it resent by using the "The e-mail address or password is incorrect. Please try again." option. Once i had my password sent to me i was unable to click back to complete my order, at this stage do we need to create a whole new order or is there a way to go back to the last step? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
