Harrison Posted August 2, 2006 Share Posted August 2, 2006 I use it for if I'm fixing the clients issue. E.g. They're server crashes. I'll post "I'll take a look" or something along those lines and make it in progress. Once I've fixed it, I'll reply with the problem and its been fixed.
