durangod
Hi i am getting the following error on my opensrs domain sync report. Unable to establish socket: (110) Connection timed out I have done the following and even did new opensrs Private Key and WHM remote access key. 1. i have been told the ports 52443 (SSL) and 52000 (Non-SSL) are open from my host 2. i have verified that the ded ip has been added to the opensrs API ip list. I have all three of these ip's in my whmcs admin server info page as well as in opensrs api ip list. (ded ip) (2 shared ip's) 3. i have verified that i have the private key from opensrs is in my registrar module setting for whmcs. 4. i have verified that i have the login key from my WHM in the server setting. is there anything else i need to do? I just found this also http://docs.whmcs.com/OpenSRS#Importing_Existing_Domains This is commonly caused by the port numbers that the OpenSRS API operates on being blocked by your server's firewall. The ports used in communication to the API are 55443 and 55000 so need to be opened for both inbound and outbound connections. so i will get my host to also do 55443 and 5500 .. i guess all 4 ports have to be open? durangod
resolved actually the issue was i had the host open the wrong ports for this process, the ports should have been 55443 and 55000 per this http://docs.whmcs.com/OpenSRS#Import...isting_Domains once the host opened those ports it worked fine.
