Adding a fair use policy checkbox to the terms and agreement checkbox

I'm looking for a way to add a 2nd check box which a user must check to have them agree with our Acceptable Use Policy as well as our General Terms and Agreement when placing an order.

 

I've copied the code for the TOS and edited it:

<p align="center"><input type="checkbox" name="accepttos" id="accepttos" /> <label for="accepttos">I certify that I have read and agreed to the <a href="" target="_blank">Acceptable Use Policy</a></label><p>

 

But when one of the 2 check boxes is checked a client can proceed to place the order.

How can I put a check in which requires them to sign both check boxes?

Create a custom field for the product or the client that requires them to check the box before the order can proceed.

Can you explain how to do this, I'm quite a novice in WHMCS customizations.

The custom fields are available for each of the products you want/need to add this checkbox to. Just go into the product and select the custom fields tab to set it up.
