  2. I'm looking for someone who can create a script for WHMCS. The script should run when the WHMCS cronjob is executed and do the following: Accept pending orders when the payment status is completed. Cancel pending orders which are 1 month or older and have not been paid. Please send me a PM or reply if you're interested.
  3. I'd like to have my order template customized. I'm using a slightly modified version of the standard cart template from WHMCS 7.1 This order template is used for several products, example product page: https://www.elitegameservers.net/controlpanel/cart.php?a=add&pid=55 1. I'd like to change the default starting position of the quantity slider "player slots" to the maximum position. Note: Most of the order pages for these products have two quantity sliders, I only want the "player slots" one to be affected. Note 2: Obviously, the slider should still function as expected, and price calculations should work as usual. 2. I'd like to customize the look of the Server Location list on the product order page. The server location list should have an images/icon for each location, to represent the country with a flag. Note: We need to be able to edit this later, so we require some documentation on how to add images to new items and to edit or remove them for existing items. 3. The pricing of locations is located on the next line (after the DDoS protected text). We want this pricing text to be moved to the same line as the location. Please reply or DM with a quote for the price and estimated time for completion.
  4. I'm looking for someone who can create a hook or customization for my already customized "Standard Cart" order form. The goal is to make one specific slider maxed out by default.
  5. Apparently the ticket ID changed to: #YHX-386561 Anyhow I've finally heard back from the level 2 support, stating that they are still investigating. We shall see.. By the way, I think WHMCS should set some system up where they can troubleshoot and test without interfering in my live environment.
  6. I've had a ticket opened with WHMCS regarding the mass mail function not working properly. (#IUT-078484) This ticket has been moved to level 2 support and ever since I haven’t had a reply. (The last reply from WHMCS is from the 24th of August...) I opened up a new ticket to ask why this was taking so long, this ticket was merged and replied to with the request for the login details for my server. (which had already been provided anyhow). I promptly replied with these login details again, however still didn’t hear anything back from WHMCS.. What is going on? I’ve recently paid for an extra year of support and updates, and expect to receive these.. Like I stated in the ticket, I need this to be fixed ASAP or I need a work around, I have to send company emails to my clients regarding policy and price changes that are due. Every day that we can’t send this email it’s costing us money! Additionally I noticed that WHMCS support removed all my payment gateways and plugins in their brilliant troubleshooting steps.. I was called out of my bed because our clients were unable to make payments.. I can understand that you temporarily want to disable any modifications to WHMCS, but at least return the installation to its working production state afterwards.. and at least inform us of this. (I was never told that payment gateways were to be disabled) Overall I’m quite dissatisfied with this, I thought WHMCS was on track to improve their support since they had had a lot of complains about this. But it appears that this is not the case.

  8. WHMCS finally responded, the problem is caused by the SMTP mail settings. They have changed it to php mail, and the white page no longer shows up. However emails are not being send right now, and I haven't changed my SMTP mail settings after upgrading... Update: I've enabled the display error settings, and noticed that it comes up with errors regarding admin email adresses which don't exist. We use placeholder email adresses for some admin accounts such as the ones for WHMCS support, so they can login to the backend.
  9. WHMCS still hasn't even replied to this ticket, while it's a critical bug! I hope they come with some sort of compensation for this problem, since their quality asserance and beta testing didn't catch it... I've tried downgrading to WHMCS 5.2 but it says "upgrade inprogress" so we also need to restore the old database but we can't since it's a backup from a week ago now and there is no way to downgrade the current database as far as I know...
  10. I'm having the exact same problem! I've opened up a support ticket with WHMCS but they haven't responded yet... I really need this to be fixed, it's costing us lots of customers each day!

  12. I'm looking for a way to add a 2nd check box which a user must check to have them agree with our Acceptable Use Policy as well as our General Terms and Agreement when placing an order. I've copied the code for the TOS and edited it: <p align="center"><input type="checkbox" name="accepttos" id="accepttos" /> <label for="accepttos">I certify that I have read and agreed to the <a href="" target="_blank">Acceptable Use Policy</a></label><p> But when one of the 2 check boxes is checked a client can proceed to place the order. How can I put a check in which requires them to sign both check boxes?
  13. I'm looking for someone who can create a custom order template for my WHMCS installation. Here is an example of my current order page: https://www.elitegameservers.net/controlpanel/cart.php?a=confproduct&i=1'>https://www.elitegameservers.net/controlpanel/cart.php?a=confproduct&i=1 I'd like to have the following changes made to it: I currently use the vertical steps order template from WHMCS and noticed that the configurable options(players slots,voice server slots and Memory) where changed to sliders in the AJAX order template from WHMCS. In other words I'd like to have Sliders instead of text fields in quantity fields for the new order template. Changing the text on the billing cycle, currently it shows 1 Month Price €0,00 I'd like to change this to 1 Month price per player slot. Same for the other billingcycle options and coresponding price. Moving the billing cycle in to the configurable options part. Making a small question mark next to all the fields (for example server name) and when you hover over it you get to see the description of that field. Making the banners automatically fit correctly at: https://www.elitegameservers.net/controlpanel/cart.php I don't need a completely new design, you may use vertical steps as a base template.
  14. Can anyone assist me in moving the radio buttons from the top of the name to the left side so it shows the radio button next to the gateway name?
