DCAD
Everything seems to work ok, imported clients from WHM and AccountLabPlus, no problem, got the email pipe to work, no problem, checked out the mail system, tests messages go out, support tickets work. However when ever I try to log into the client' account, I get a 404 error, even from a "dummy" account John Doe...I cannot log into anything out side the admin area without getting the page not found error. I doublechecked the IONCUBE folder and tested it with the helper.php and got a successful indication. So I am totally stuck. The next question is when I do get this working, how do I direct the client to the checkout screen after click on the hosting package they want - I couldn't find the listing for links to integrate however I found the Logon script etc . BTW - I am just using "plain" WHMCS. For testing purposes I really didn't want to make custom pages yet, or use the API integration, I just want to see it work on our system. OH yeah - last thing - this is residing on a VPS - using Cpanel 11 and WHM, so we have root access etc. We updated or made sure everything was update ie; all perl, PHP, Cpanel, Mysql etc beforehand. Last thing is I installed this in the server/public_html/ directory for my site. So where did I screw up? Thanks in advance. s/ DCAD
Adam
Hey, Double check and make sure everything is upload correctly. You should tar up or zip up your whmcs installation on your local computer and then upload it to your server. Once upload, use SSH to untar or unzip it. By the way, what is the specific error message you are getting? (Can not find, x.php file) As for your second question, login to the admin area and click go to Configuration > Products/Services > Chose a product and at the bottom of the screen you should see something like, Direct Order Link I hope that answers your questions, Adam

Adam
I get this error "code 12263" when visiting your site. This is sometimes a mis-configuration of the VirtualHost settings. bubbasheeko
Hi Coeplicltd, Your issue is not the same as the OP. You should have created a new thread. Seeing you are accepting an order, it is then creating the account on the server. Goto Configuration->Servers and edit the server you the account was to be set up on. Make sure you do not have a check mark in: "Secure Tick to use SSL Mode for Connections"
