schwim Posted November 11, 2013 Share Posted November 11, 2013 Hi there everyone! I attempted to log in to my panel this morning and was unable due to incorrect password. I clicked the password reset, but it goes to a 404. I then found the correct URL via Google, but it(pwreset.php) leads to a templated empty page(no WHMCS content). I then tried via phpMyAdmin to manually enter my password (MD5 encrypted), but the password still shows as incorrect. I then tried to alter my password through another admin account in the panel, but it requires entering the current password, which is not being recognized. That's it. I have no other ideas and would greatly appreciate some help on figuring out how to get my admin account working again. I should have mentioned that I don't need to deal with the IP ban, as my wife logs in successfully from the same network.
