Tickets are not marked on the widget, and also not in support

Hello guys,


I'm having a problem with the tickets are created both in importing emails both in the client area, the problem is that no tickets aparacem widgtes or in the administration, and not in active tickets or flagged as the printscreen

my version is 5.2.12 whmcs

Estou com um problemas os tickets são criados tanto na importação de e-mails tanto na área do cliente, problema é que os tickets não aparacem nem no widgtes da administração, e nem em tickets ativos ou sinalizados conforme os printscreen

a minha versão do whmcs é 5.2.12
