client question

Question

My website does not sell server space accounts but instead sells an intangible service, specifically insurance investigations. Finding a script that will fit my needs has been difficult.

After previewing the demo areas, this program it appears to have everything I need, such as:

1. Each client has an assigned private login area account and can upload files with a case (such as photos and documents in .jpg .doc, or .pdf) and download whatever files I provide for their account.

2. Client billing

My question is........ I will need 2 sections for different needs.....

1. FOR CLIENT - mysite.com/client

and,

2. FOR EMPLOYEE - mysite/com/operations (to assign case work to an employee)

and of course the admin which only I would control

Is this possible? Thanks you

WHMCS has an admin area and client area. I guess your clients would use the client area and your employees the admin area but I don't understand what you mean by uploading files. Clients can only upload files into support tickets as attachments.

Yes uploading through the support ticket is fine, I see that and I see about having one area for both types of accounts. Looks like that will be good.

I am very impressed with the demo of this script here.

Before I attempt install it, do I have to upload the status folder somewhere? (there did not appear to be instructions for this folder) If so where does it go as I have renamed the whmcs folder on my server to operations mysite.com/operations

Thank you

Installed. I am very impressed with the features and ease of use and install and working hard to change areas/wording to fit my client needs.

I will start a new topic about my purchase and the few changes I need when I purchase my brand free license at the end of my trial. Thank you all for your help.

I am VERY impressed with this script.
