WHMCS Chris
Hello, Looks like init.php is missing - can you check the installation & accessibility to that file? By check the installation, I mean verify it exists in /path/to/whmcs/init.php

openmind
I would suggest opening a ticket directly with WHMCS to get this resolved.

incitonetworks
no can you help me? I raised a support ticket for this and the solution whmcs support provided that fixed it for me was: edit <whmcs_root_directory>/crons/config.php and change the whmcs path in there to point to the root directory you have whmcs installed in (this is the directory that has the init.php file in it). This worked for me. Hope it helps.
