Mandatory Company field on registration form

Hello,

 

I need somebody to make a change so that Company field is:

 

- MANDATORY (User MUST enter the company name)

- UNIQUE (Company name should not exist in database)

 

There should be only one hosting account per company. To avoid duplicate accounts for each company, the form value should be unique. So, if company exists in the database (already has a hosting account), a warning message should be shown.
