RealCoolDude
WHMCS is creating multiple products for user accounts, suspending the existing product and service and then removing the databases for these clients. This removal of the databases then in turn deletes their webpages. We are running the most current version of WHMCS 5.2.10 about to load 5.2.12. this has happened with all of our clients. Please help. I could not find any information on the forum with the same issues that we are experiencing. If there is another section where I can find that information please direct me there so that I can get this issue resolved. Thank you for your time.
SeanP
Are you sure your WHMCS install has not been compromised? If this recently started, it sounds like someone might be causing havoc on your system. Hopefully, you have backups of everything.
RealCoolDude
We have had our server and files looked at, there is no compromise that could be found. We are nothing that it might have to do with a way that the cron jobs are effecting the system. We did have backups of some websites that we created, but others we will have to rely on Hostgator and their staff. We are also looking for a way to create a cron job for backups that we can store in a separate location. Would like to create one every day and keep a weeks worth of backups.
