Invoices charge attempts not happening daily as configured (5.2.10)

Here are my automation -> credit card charging settings:

 

 

Credit card invoice charges for past due invoices are not being attempted daily, however (other than the day they would normally be charged.)

 

Additionally, choosing "Attempt CC Captures" from the admin home page does not seem to attempt to charge any invoices except those that should be charged today. Past dues are not re-attempted.

Nope. Neither has WHMCS responded to this thread. I guess I should open a ticket.
