ERROR 403 on Tickets Reply

After performing the incremental update to 5.2.10, my ticket system stopped working, when I try to answer any ticket I get the error 403 - FORBIDDEN and no response is sent to my customer.

Does anyone have any idea what might be happening?

I cant create a Ticket, post reply, nothing!

All actions results in 403 error.

Hi,

 

The error you are seeing here when attempting to reply to a ticket is most likely a mod_security related issue. It must just be a coincidence that it has only started happening after you upgraded. So I would recommend you please check your mod_security logs to see which rule is being hit when you attempt to make a reply, and then amend or adjust that rule as necessary.
