Troy
I'm noticing that when you marked a package "Do not suspend until" a certain date, the suspension doesn't happen until after that date, so either the logic is faulty or the label/language is. If I specify "Do not suspend until" 10/22/2013, the package should have been suspended today. Or, alternately it should read "Do not suspend until after". Troy
6 a.m. I wouldn't have posted this if what I was seeing was before the cron had run. Edited October 23, 2013 by Troy
And then there was one les
Yes the wording is a little off, it should say "Allow Suspend After" or "Protect Service Until". In any case all you really need to know is that the date chosen is the date that the service is protected until. As you found 10/22/2013 will protect that service upto and including the selected date so if for whatever reason a client request an extension and you grant it, if they said payment on the 22nd that is the date you would choose and if they fail to pay still on that date the next cron job will act on the suspension as normal.
