innovot Posted October 16, 2013 Share Posted October 16, 2013 Hello, we are looking at switching our invoicing system to WHMCS and are testing at the moment. We have added a few products and now gone to place and order. We cannot see how to set the order or invoice date. Once of our products is billed monthly and we need to create an order for a client which starts from the 1st October and continues there onwards. How do we set that in WHMCS please ? innovot Posted October 16, 2013 Author Share Posted October 16, 2013 Solved. When entering the order do not send the invoice etc. Then go into the invoice and change the dates as required.
