Ticket System Stops to works after last upgrade

after the last whmcs upgrade (made by whmcs upgrade team) the build in ticket system stops to works fine.


all imported tickets comes with:


- "no subject" at the subject field


- "no message found" at the body


- when a customer answer a ticket it is "Blocked Potential Email Loop"


note: system send emails from a different email account then the support departament and also different then the admins, and it was working fine for years before this upgrade


anyone ever had this problem and know how to fix it?
