Create Invoice for each seperate order

Hello,

 

I'm working on an migration from an too expensive system to WHMCS.

The system what we are using, is based on contract invoicing.

An client can have multiple contracts.

 

I fixed that by using multiple Orders and Order information. Now the big problem is, that WHMCS puts everything on the same invoice.

Can this be splitted somehow ?

Hi. Yes, it's possible.

 

Client Profile > Profile > Enable Separate Invoices

When I enable separate invoices, WHMCS Generate for each product a new Invoice.

I want to generate a separate invoice for each order.

Yes and no. Taken from docs:

 

WHMCS will automatically group products & services, addons and domains due on the same date, with the same payment method and by the same person onto a single invoice.

 

In other words if you want to generate a speparate invoice for each order, every product should be due on the same date. For example let's suppose that i place an order for 3 domains (billing cycle annually) and 1 hosting (semi-annually) all due on the same day of the month. 6 months later i will get an invoice for the hosting and after 6 additional months one invoice with domains and hosting together. I hope that it's clear.

 

Alternatively you can consider to use Prorata Billing.
