Bt1996
My WHMCS was recently hacked, I'm unsure of the severity but the hacker banned my administrator account. How do I un-ban myself from my own website?

PhatPT
1. Log in your Host (VPS, Server) and allow only your IP (htaccess). other IP will Access Denied. 2. Log in your database, table tblbannedips and remove all data in table or remove your ip. 3. Deactive all adminnistrator in tbladmins (colum disable = 1), active only your account, change name, change pass ( visit google with md5 encode keywork and you have a new pass). 4. Log in your admin, and change all name and pass account admin. 5. Upload new fixed (whmcs.com). 5. Check any log and fix. 6.
