Get Clients => return clients without order Get Tickets => there is no message <message></message> Get Announcements => (announcement) child element with same name as parent (in some languages its big problem) please add AwaitingReply Status in ticket statuses or something like (true/false). in Add Client, there is an option ( securityqid ) it will be great if you add something like: Get Sequrity Questions Edited September 23, 2013 by Gitex 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
